Peach
Thanks to Turkey’s diverse climate with all four seasons, peach production has significantly increased. Bursa, located in the Marmara Region, is the leading province in peach cultivation. In the past five years, Bursa has produced an average of 170,000 to 200,000 tons of peaches annually.
Harvest Season
Peach is one of the sweet fruits of summer. It is harvested in June and July and also reaches the markets during these months. July is considered the peak season when peaches are at their best in taste and quality.
