Strawberry
Strawberries are a powerful antioxidant thanks to their rich content of vitamins A, C, B6, and B12. In addition, they contain essential minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sodium, manganese, and magnesium, making them highly beneficial for health.

Harvest Season
Under Mediterranean conditions, strawberries planted in August are typically harvested in March and April. They are usually grown as annual crops, but in colder regions, they can yield for 2–3 years, with planting shifted to June or July. Flowers that appear immediately after planting are usually removed to encourage stronger growth.
